Canada+s Hot Docs to Screen Iranian Film

2010 Edition of Canada+s Hot Docs International Film Festival

Tehran, March 9, 2010: Iran+s Absence of Mr. or Mrs. B is set to take part in the 2010 edition of Canada+s Hot Docs International Film Festival.

Directed by Fima Emami and Reza Daryanoush, the 72-minute will experience its second international presence after Syria+s Dox Box International Documentary Film Festival.

Absence of Mr. or Mrs. B is produced by Iran+s Experimental and Documentary Film Center (EDFC) and revisits the story of an infertile couple+s life and the challenges they face.

The 17th Hot Docs will run from April 29 to May 9, 2010 presenting over 170 films from more than 35 countries in Toronto, presstv.com reported.

Known as North America+s largest documentary festival, Hot Docs hosts hundreds of international filmmakers and industry delegates each year.
